It doesn't get any better than a customized yoga practice full of hands on assists and my undivided attention. Whether you want the hour all to yourself, or you want to share it with a group of your friends, I can accommodate you and your tribe in a way that works for all of us.

4 Sessions done weekly on the same day and time for 4 weeks consecutively. |
All Sessions and Bundles Must be paid for in full at least 24hours in advance. All sales are final. Canceled or missed sessions will NOT be refunded or rolled over.
